"Deon Smith"
Chivalrous, virtuous and uniquely talented are some of the ways Deon Smith aka “Live Que” has been described.
Born on December 30, 1990 in the small town of Spalding, Clarendon, and grew up in Coffee Piece, Clarendon with his parents Renival Valin Smith and Elizabeth Campbell-Smith there was little doubt that Live Que was destined to sing as he spend most of his time listening to his favorite reggae artists and singing along at every opportunity.
While attending Edwin Allen High School, where he was apart of the dance group and commenced a course in Mechanical Engineering. After leaving High School, he continued the art of dance, however he pursued his love for singing and began to perform at community concerts and small stage shows where he became recognized as “Live Que” which led him to perform on the big stage with some of Jamaica’s most decorated artists.
Bob Marley, Cocoa T, Beris Hammond and Luciano are just a few of the Jamaican reggae artists that Live Que idolizes. As an aspiring artist who has vowed to make his mark the same way his predecessors did, Live Que is presently in the studio recording and is expected to hear some very riveting and conscious lyrics on the Xtreme Logix Music Label.
